Pro Series 16 by AVR was introduced in 1991. Of course it was successor to Pro Series 12, however unlike it's predecessor the GUI had undergone a significant overhaul, and now resembled the Atari's Graphical Environment Manager (GEM). It is a 16-bit mono Sampler, capable of sampling frequencies of between 16 to 44.1 kHz. The ADC connected to both the Cartridge and Parallel Port.
