Following on from Master Sound, Master Sound 2 by Microdeal was introduced in 1990. Again the GUI looks much like Master Sound, given it is a Ferry Rawasi product. It is an 8-bit Sampler which is capable of mono sampling frequencies between 3 kHz and 30.7 kHz, and introduced the AVR sample file format to the Master Series. Developed by 2 Bit Systems under Microedeal, the AVR format was likely derived from the Pro Series of Samplers by again, 2 Bit Systems, and was the sample file format all Microdeal Samplers used from 1990.
