Pro Sound Designer by Eldersoft Software, one of the first Samplers for the TOS family introduced in 1987. It was seemingly later licensed by Power Computing, and is an 8-BIT Sampler which is capable of mono sampling frequencies between 3 kHz and 30 kHz.
