Toto Sampler aka 'TotoSam', is believed to have been first released to the Public Domain by Torsten Thiel in 1992. It is an 8-bit Sampler which is capable of both mono and stereo sampling, at frequencies of up to 50 kHz. It can take advantage of many hardware ADCs which plug into the Parallel Port.
