ADAP / ADAP II Soundrack

ADAP by Hybrid Arts, similar to Sound Designer, in as much that it was the Sample Editor to the ADAP Soundrack hardware package. The ADAP Soundrack was introduced in 1987 and capable of handling 16-BIT stereo samples up to a frequency of 44.1 kHz.
