Scribble Synth by Electronic Cow was released in 1998. Following on from [Snippit Synth] is a Wave Generator developed for all TOS computers. It allows the creation of your own sounds, literally creating your own 8 or 16-bit sounds using the technique called 'additive synthesis'. Unlike Snippit Synth a sound, or scribble, can be drawn and edited and then saved in it's native SCR file format. Similiarly sounds can be exported as an AVR, AIFF or SPL sample file up to a sample rate of 50 kHz. Sounds can also be dumped to your external Sampler via MIDI using Akai S900 / S950 standards, or MIDI SDS.
