Master Sound by Software Horizons, was introduced in 1989 and was developed by the same programmer behind Pro Sound Designer. The GUI resemblance is clearly evident. Although this doesn't appear to be the case, it was seemingly later licenced by Power Computing, and is an 8-bit Sampler which is capable of mono sampling frequencies between 3 kHz and 30 kHz.
