[STOS Maestro] and STOS Meastro Plus by Mandarin Software was introduced in 1992. It was designed as an extension to STOS Basic to of course add the abilty to play sampled sounds. STOS Maestro Plus was simply STOS Maestro packaged with a hardware sampling cartridge, but the Sample Editor was the same. It is an 8-BIT mono Sampler, capable of sampling frequencies between 5 kHz to 32 kHz. Of course there were 2 version
