Pro Sound Designer by Eldersoft Software, one of the first Samplers for the TOS family introduced in 1987 after it was developed by programmer Ferry Rawasi. It was seemingly later licensed by Power Computing, and is an 8-bit Sampler which is capable of mono sampling frequencies between 3 kHz and 30 kHz.
