Print-Technik Raw Data file format

Print-Technik Raw Data format    *.HIR

This format is referred to as 'PRO89xx' by other Print-Technik applications. It is
created by the Print-Technik Professional Digitizer. ImageLab can also import this format.
The format is documented in the manual.

1 word      file id [0x0F0F]
1 word      version [0x0001]
1 word      image width in pixels
1 word      image height in pixels
1 word      [0x0001]

10 bytes    total for header

?           image date:
image data size = width*height
1 pixel per byte, values range from 0 = black to 127 = white
