Afterburner - Activision [1]
Start the game, press Backspace to pause, type THUNDERBLADE.
Then press the following keys:

|---|---|
| G | gives you more missiles |
| T | less missiles |
| N | more lives |
| < | down one level |
| > | up one level |
If you type AGES (SEGA backwards) instead, only < and > are active...
